产后确诊Beckwith-Wiedemann综合征3例并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 1病例简介病例1,孕妇,36岁,G 4P 2,来曲唑促排卵后受孕。孕23周超声示:胎儿较孕周大1周,羊水指数19cm。孕24周糖筛未见明显异常。孕25周超声示:胎儿较孕周大1周,羊水指数18cm。孕30周超声示:胎儿较孕周大1周,羊水指数17cm;空腹血糖4.58mmol/L。孕38周超声示:胎儿双顶径9.6cm,头围33.19cm,腹围35.17cm,股骨径7.16cm,羊水指数17.3 cm。超声监测:胎儿舌头持续外露于口外。孕38+3周经阴分娩,新生儿出生体重3650kg,身长51cm,脐带过长(约105cm),脐带扭转25圈,帆状胎盘,出生后舌含于嘴唇之间,舌体肥大。
