赤芝挥发性成分分析及特征指纹图谱构建 被引量:5

摘要 采用顶空固相微萃取(head space solid phase micro-extraction,HS-SPME)和气相色谱质谱(gas chromatography-mass spectrometer,GC-MS)技术对15个赤芝(Ganoderma lucidum)子实体样品的挥发性成分进行定性和相对定量分析,并采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统,得到15个赤芝子实体的共有特征成分,构建特征指纹图谱。结果表明:15个赤芝子实体样品的挥发性成分存在一定差异;共检测出138种挥发性成分,包括醛酮类19种、萜烯类21种、醇类7种、酯类8种、烷烃类57种、酸类1种、酚及醚类2种、含氧杂环类6种和其它物质17种,其中壬醛、癸醛、十二烷、十三烷、十六烷、柠檬烯、α-柏木烯、1,3-二叔丁基苯、糠醛等成分含量较高;从15个赤芝子实体样品的指纹图谱中得到29个共有特征成分,构建了赤芝的特征指纹图谱,共标记出29个共有峰。 Using the headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME/GC-MS)method and a Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation software,fifteen G.lucidum samples collected from different G.lucidum production areas in China were analyzed for their volatile components and then their common feature components to establish a characteristic fingerprint.The results showed that a total of 138 components were detected,including 19 aldehydes and ketones,21 terpenes,7 alcohols,8 esters,57 alkanes,1 acid,2 phenols,2 ethers,6 oxygen-containing heterocyclics and 17 other compounds.Among all the volatile compounds,nonanal,decanal,dodecane,tridecane,hexadecane,limonene,α-cedarene,1,3-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-benzene and furfural were in relatively high concentrations.After comparing the volatile compounds of the 15 samples,29 components in common were identified and a characteristic fingerprint of G.lucidum was established thereafter with 29 common peaks marked.
