早期肺癌采用杂交式单操作孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗的临床疗效 被引量:8

摘要 肺癌是临床发病率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,其中发病率最高的为非小细胞肺癌[1]。该疾病的发病原因错综复杂,包括吸烟、大气污染、遗传、既往存在肺部慢性感染、电力辐射、职业与环境接触等[2,3]。手术是临床治疗该疾病的常用方式,常见微创手术方式包括机器人辅助的电视胸腔镜手术、电视胸腔镜手术、电视胸腔镜或影像辅助的小切口直视手术、微创肌肉非损伤开胸术等[4]。与传统胸部后外侧切口开胸手术相比,以上4种微创手术均具有较高的安全性,同时给患者带来的手术创伤小,患者需承受的痛苦轻。
