摘要
目的研究山西特有香棒虫草黄褐异丽金龟(Anomala exolenta Fald).幼虫感染香棒虫草菌Cordyceps barnesii Thwaites的药效毒理学。方法通过实验动物模型研究其对免疫系统、镇静、耐缺氧、耐疲劳、肝脏保护、调节内分泌的作用及急性毒理学。结果冬虫夏草与香棒虫草3个剂量组相比,在小鼠耳肿胀度、吞噬指数、溶血素HC50、自主活动次数、入睡时间、存活时间、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及谷草转氨酶(AST)活性方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在去势小鼠附性器官重量、醋酸氢化可的松所致小鼠“类阳虚”模型的影响差异无统计学意义;口服最大耐受量>80 g/kg。结论香棒虫草具有调节免疫、镇静、抗疲劳、保护肝脏的作用,且安全剂量较大,具备药用开发的价值。
Objective To study the pharmaco-toxicology of Cordyceps barnesii Thwaites(CBT),a herbalplant infected with larvae of Anomala exolenta Fald.Methods Animal modelswere used to study the effects of CBT on immune system,sedation,hypoxia tolerance,fatigue resistance,liver protection,endocrine regulation and acute toxicology.Results The ear swelling,phagocytic index,hemolysin HC50,number of spontaneous activities,time to fall asleep,survival time,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)activity were statistically different among three dosage groups of Cordyceps sinensis and CBT(P<0.05).However,these groups did not differsignificantly in weight of accessory genital organs of castrated mice and the hydrocortisone acetate-induced Yang-deficiency-like mice models.The maximum oral tolerance was>80 g/kg.Conclusion CBT exhibits effects of immuneregulation,sedation,fatigue resistance and liver protection,with a wide window of safety dose and hence a recognized value of medicinal development.
