大数据时代下我国犯罪数据公开研究——以中美比较研究为视角

A Study on Crime Data Disclosure in China in the Era of Big Data ——From the Perspective of Comparative study between China and America

在大数据时代,犯罪数据分析与挖掘已成为犯罪学研究以及现代犯罪治理的基础手段。犯罪数据在揭示犯罪模式、犯罪原因以及评估犯罪防治效果等诸多方面拥有不可替代的作用。由于我国当前犯罪数据公开面临一些问题,直接导致犯罪学领域实证研究的匮乏,严重掣肘了大数据时代下犯罪数据价值的释放。通过国内外比较研究可知,我国目前需要公开更多样的更加全面的犯罪统计数据,建立交互式的犯罪数据公开平台,切实发挥犯罪数据在犯罪学研究和犯罪防治中的作用。

In the era of big data,crime data analysis and mining has become the basic means of criminology research and modern crime control.Crime data play an irreplaceable role in revealing crime patterns,causes and evaluating prevention and control effects.At present,China faces some problems in opening crime data,which directly leads to lack of empirical research in the field of criminology and seriously restricts release of the value of crime data in the era of big data.Through comparative studies at home and abroad,it can be seen that China needs to open more diverse and comprehensive crime statistics,establish an interactive crime data disclosure platform,and give full play to the role of crime data in criminology research and crime prevention.
