摘要 目的:设计一种新型便携式制氧系统,实现急救和户外患者吸氧。方法:以AT89S51为主控芯片,采用压缩机和吸附塔对空气进行变压吸附制得氧气,通过氧气调节阀调节氧气浓度,氧气出口连接吸氧管以满足患者的吸氧需求。采用镍氢电池供电,便于患者随时随地吸氧;由氧浓度监测电路、显示电路、按键电路及报警电路等模块构成,便于整个系统的稳定应用。结果:该系统为一体化封装设计,重量<3 kg,便于患者携带;经过临床测试,氧浓度最高可达95%,吸氧时间≥3 h,可以满足患者较长时间急救和户外吸氧。结论:新型便携式制氧系统对于拓宽患者的吸氧环境、提高吸氧效果以及满足患者随时随地吸氧需求,具有较大的临床应用价值。 Objective:To design a new portable oxygen generation system so as to realize oxygen uptake of patients in first-aid and outdoors.Methods:AT89S51 was used as main control chip,oxygen was produced by pressure swing adsorption(PSA)of air of compressor and adsorption tower.Oxygen concentration was regulated by oxygen regulating valve.Finally,oxygen outlet was connected with oxygen inhalation tube to satisfy the demand of oxygen uptake of patients.It adopted nickel-hydrogen battery to provide power,which was convenient for patients to take oxygen at anytime and anywhere.And it was equipped with monitoring circuit of oxygen concentration,display circuit,key circuit,alarm circuit and so on,which was convenient for the stable application of the whole system.Results:This system was a integrated packaging design,and its weight was less than 3kg which was convenient to carry for patients.After clinical testing,the oxygen concentration of this system could reach 95%,and the time of oxygen inhaling was more than or equal to 3h,which could meet the demands of oxygen inhalation with longer time at first-aid and outdoor.Conclusion:This new type of portable oxygen generation system has greater clinical significance in broadening the environment of oxygen inhalation,improving effect of oxygen inhalation and meeting the demands of patients in oxygen inhalation at anytime and anywhere.
