有限元软件三维动态图下缠丝劲手法旋转复位治疗颈椎小关节紊乱的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨有限元软件三维动态图下缠丝劲手法旋转复位在治疗颈椎小关节紊乱中的应用价值。方法:应用三维有限元分析软件对椎骨错缝C3节段、C4节段创建三维有限元模型,采集CT扫描数据,基于三维有限元模型软件仿真缠丝劲手法对错缝椎骨C4节段进行旋转复位,应用有限元分析软件计算和分析颈椎错缝形变过程椎间盘和关节突关节的应力变化。结果:错缝节段C4对相邻节段C3~4、C4~5的颈椎小关节和椎间盘的应力均发生变化,且C4~5节段颈椎小关节和椎间盘的应力均明显大于C3~4节段颈椎小关节和椎间盘的应力。结论:椎骨错缝后易引起相应的颈椎小关节和椎间盘的应力异常,而采用缠丝劲手法旋转复位能有效改善异常应力,达到治疗颈椎小关节紊乱症的目的。 Objective:To explore the application value of rotating reduction with twisted bone-setting manipulation in treating facet joint disorder of cervical vertebra under 3D dynamic graph of finite element software.Methods:3D finite element analysis software was applied to implement establishment of 3D finite element model for C3 segment and C4 segment with displacement of vertebra.Based on the emulational twisted bone-setting manipulation of 3D finite element software,the data of CT scan were collected to implement rotating reduction for C4 segment with displacement of vertebra.And the finite element analysis software was then used to calculate and analyze the variation of stresses of the joints of intervertebral disc and zygapophysis during this deformation process of displacement of vertebra.Results:The stresses of C4 segment of displacement of vertebra on facet joint and intervertebral disc of adjacent segment C3-4 and C4-5 occurred changes,and the stresses of facet joint and intervertebral disc of cervical vertebra of C4-5 segment were significantly bigger than that of C3-4 segment.Conclusion:The displacement of vertebra can cause the abnormal stress of the corresponding facet joints of cervical vertebra and intervertebral disc,and the use of rotating reduction with twisted bone-setting manipulation can effectively improve the abnormal stress and achieve the purpose of treating facet joint disorders of cervical vertebra.
