摘要
LM航改型燃气轮机发电机组(以下简称LM机组)在对中精度等方面有极高的要求,因此对联轴器有相应技术要求:一方面要从现有联轴器的种类和性能入手,找到适用LM机组的联轴器;另一方面要重视膜盘联轴器的预拉伸安装流程。以顺德某项目中LM6000型燃气轮机在冷态对中的问题为例,着重分析了不正确的安装过程对联轴器乃至整个LM机组的影响。为避免因不正当操作对机组膜盘联轴器的影响,必须严格遵照预拉伸安装步骤,加强安装前的检查和安装中的监督。
LM aero-derivative gas turbine generator(referred to as LM generator)has extremely high requirements on alignment accuracy.Therefore,there are corresponding technical requirements for the coupling.On one hand,it is necessary to find proper couplings according to their models and performances.On the other hand,the pre-stretching installation process of the diaphragm coupling must be taken seriously.Taking the cold-centering of an LM6000 gas turbine in a Shunde project as an example,the influence of the incorrect installation process on the coupling and even the entire LM unit was analyzed.In order to avoid the impact of improper operation on the diaphragm coupling,the pre-stretching installation steps must be strictly followed and the inspection before and during installation must be strengthened.
