摘要
根据环境保护部、国家发展和改革委员会、国家能源局印发的相关文件要求,火电厂对燃煤机组进行超低排放改造,改造后脱硫脱硝除尘器系统设备会出现循环泵振动、合金托盘碎裂、脱硝催化剂局部吹损、低低温换热器磨损腐蚀及除尘器频繁故障等问题,列出了脱硫、脱硝、低低温换热器及除尘器等环保设备改造后发生的一些问题,对问题发生的原因进行了分析,并提出了合理布置新增循环泵的吸入口位置、脱硫系统恢复运行前及时投用氧化风机以防风管喷口积浆堵塞等解决方法,供业内同行借鉴,以期改善环保设备的运行状况,保证满足超低排放的环保要求。
According to the requirements issued by Ministry of Environmental Protection,Development and Reform Commission and Energy Bureau,ultra-low emission transformation on coal-fired power plant was carried out.After transformation,there are circulating pump vibration,alloy tray fragmentation,partial blow-off of denitrification catalyst,abrasion and corrosion of low-low temperature heat exchanger and frequent failures of dust collector in desulfurization and denitrification dust collector system.Problems in desulfurization and denitrification devices,low-low temperature heat exchanger and dust collector after the transformation are listed.By analyzing,a reasonable location for suction end of circulating pump is added,and an oxidation fan is put into use before the operation of desulfurization system to prevent the slurry clogging at exhaust gas nozzles.The countermeasures are provided for the reference of the industry peers,in order to improve the operation of environmental protection equipment and to meet the environmental requirements of ultra-low emissions.
