摘要
简要介绍了EM-BAF的工艺流程及技术特点,针对总氮去除,将全程好氧型改为O/A/O型EM-BAF工艺,配套反冲洗排泥系统,实验表明,在保证COD、氨氮去除效果的基础上,总氮去除率达到94%,处理出水满足《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》GB 31571—2015排放标准要求。
This paper briefly introduces the process flow and technical characteristics of EM-BAF.For the total nitrogen removal,the whole process aerobic type is changed to O/A/O type EM-BAF process,and the backwashing mud system is matched.The experiment shows that COD is guaranteed.On the basis of the ammonia nitrogen removal effect,the total nitrogen removal rate reached 94%,and the treated effluent meets the requirements of the“Petrochemical Industry Pollutant Emission Standard”GB 31571-2015 emission standard.
