The reaction of Davy methanol synthesis tower is not equilibriumed.Through the analysis of relevant date,it is found that the cause is the uneven gas distribution caused by the blockage of the inner gas inlet distributor,which solves the problems of uneven temperature distribution of catalyst bed,low yield and high pressure difference of catalyst bed.
