摘要 克劳斯及其络合铁法脱硫联合技术、克劳斯加氨法脱硫技术克劳斯加碱法脱硫技术,对比,总结其优缺点。通过对这三种工艺的流程、化学反应进行详细的记录,并对其进行科学有效的分析,研究这三种技术使用范围,进而得出适用于在煤化工含硫、氨气有效治理中,克劳斯及其络合铁法脱硫联合技术在其中扮演着不可替代的角色。 This paper makes scientific experiments on the following three desulfurization technologies:Klaus and its complex iron desulfurization combined technology,Klaus ammonia desulfurization technology,Klaus alkali desulfurization technology,and compares them to summarize their advantages and disadvantages.Through detailed records of the processes and chemical reactions of these three processes and scientific and effective analysis of their application scope,it is concluded that Claus and its complex iron desulfurization combined technology play an irreplaceable role in the effective treatment of sulfur and ammonia in coal chemical industry.
