改进原油破乳剂提高脱盐原油合格率

Improving Demulsifier of Crude Oil to Improve Qualification Rate of Desalinated Crude Oil

原油破乳剂是一种可以破环原油油水混合的乳化状态的试剂,它通过试剂内的化学成分使得油水分离,对原油进行了脱水、脱盐处理。通过进行这样的处理后,会使原油脱去大量的盐,使得脱盐原油的合格率有了很大的提高。因此破乳剂的选择对于原油脱盐合格率的提高有着很大的影响。经过改进原油破乳剂,从而提高脱盐原有的合格率,使其合格率达到98%,降低生产中所需的加工成本。由于破乳剂的性能对不同种类原油的油水分离能力不同,所以通过对多种原油破乳剂进行评价,使得原油破乳剂的选择有所依据。同时,针对破乳剂所存在的问题提出了一些改进的建议。

Crude oil demulsifier is an emulsifying reagent which can break the oil-water mixture of ring crude oil.It separates oil from water by chemical composition in the reagent,and dehydrates and desalts crude oil.After such treatment,a large amount of salt will be removed from crude oil and the qualified rate of desalted crude oil will be greatly improved.Therefore,the choice of demulsifier has a great influence on the improvement of qualified rate of crude oil desalination.By improving the demulsifier of crude oil,the original qualified rate of desalination was increased,and the qualified rate was 98%,and the processing cost needed in production was reduced.Because the performance of demulsifier is different from that of different kinds of crude oil,this paper evaluates several kinds of demulsifiers to make the choice of demulsifier for crude oil have some basis.At the same time,some suggestions for improvement of demulsifier were put forward.
