摘要 采用常压-加压双塔精馏工艺对四氢呋喃-水混合物进行分离。运用Aspen Plus软件,选用NRTL-RK模型为物性计算方法,在保证四氢呋喃分离纯度不低于99.7%(w)的前提下,以再沸器热负荷为指标,对精馏系统的理论塔板数、回流比、进料位置和馏出比进行了模拟计算与优化。最佳工艺条件为:常压塔理论塔板数为12,回流比为1.767,进料位置为9,馏出比为0.695 0;高压塔理论塔板数为19,回流比为1.6,进料位置为13,馏出比为0.553 1。 A two-column distillation with atmospheric-high pressure was used to separate of tetrahydrofuran and water.With NRTLRK model as physical property calculation method,the theoretical tray number,reflux ratio,feed position and distillation ratio of distillation system were simulated and optimized by using Aspen Plus software,and the separation purity of tetrahydrofuran was ensured above 0.997.In order to achieve the minimum of total reboiler duty,the optimum technological conditions were obtained as follows.For the atmospheric tower,the theoretical plate number was 12,the reflux ratio was 1.767,the feeding position was 9,and the distillation ratio was 0.695.For the high pressure tower,the theoretical plate number is 19,the reflux ratio is 1.6,the feeding position is 13,and the distillation ratio is 0.5531.
