Petroleum products as raw materials have entered various industries.The petrochemical industry has played an indelible role in social prosperity and economic development.Its good development is of great significance to the country’s prosperity and people’s happiness.However,in the petrochemical industry,static equipment is often damaged by stress corrosion,which brings great inconvenience to the production of the industry,and is also a huge loss.This paper discusses the causes and protection of stress corrosion of static equipment.
