摘要 填料塔作为一种气液分离设备被广泛应用于生物、环境、化学等领域,填料塔的内部构件以及操作流程是塔技术的发展关键,填料作为填料塔的核心部件,填料的性能直接决定填料塔的流体传输性能。从工业污水处理应用角度介绍多孔陶粒填料塔流体传输问题,侧重叙述流体在填料塔中的压降、液泛、持液量的实验研究结果并将所得数据进行相应的分析和总结,干塔填料的压阻与空塔气速成反比,而湿塔填料的压阻与空塔气速成正比。以多孔陶粒填料在填料塔中的流动分布特性展开概述。目前,国内外已将大型高效的填料塔改进工作作为发展的方向,并且在填料塔的设备完善以及产品的质量、品质取得了卓越的成就,填料塔优良的特性将不断被探索与开发,为今后填料塔的长足发展奠定了坚实的基础。 Packed column is widely used in biology,environment,chemistry and other fields as a gas-liquid separation equipment.The internal components and operation process of packed tower are the key to the development of tower technology.As the core component of packed tower,the performance of packing directly determines the fluid transmission performance of packed tower.According to the application of industrial sewage treatment,the fluid transmission of porous ceramsite packed tower is introduced.The experimental results of pressure drop,flooding and liquid holdup of fluids in packed towers are emphatically described.The data obtained are analyzed and summarized.The pressure resistance of dry tower packing is inversely proportional to the air velocity of empty tower,while the pressure resistance of wet tower packing is directly proportional to the air velocity of empty tower.In this paper,the flow distribution characteristics of porous ceramsite packing in packed column are summarized.At present,the improvement of large and efficient packed column has been taken as the direction of development at home and abroad,and remarkable achievements have been made in the improvement of equipment,product quality and quality of packed column.The excellent characteristics of packed column will be continuously explored and developed,which lays a solid foundation for the further development of packed column.
