摘要
有机硅材料是化工新材料产业的重要组成部分,该材料用于半导体白光照明LED灯中的应用前景备受关注,进而也加深了材料在LED中运用的相关研究。就有机硅封装材料而言,其主要是通过混合复合硅树脂与有机硅油,再基于适当的条件下催化固化而成的一种透明材料,当然,也正是基于此项材料所具有的透明与耐热性能,故可运用于LED灯的制作。主要将基于有机硅封装材料本身所具有的透光性对LED出光效率的影响进行研究,以望能提升LED灯的制备效果。
Silicone material is an important part of new chemical material industry.The application prospect of silicone material in semiconductor white light LED lamp has attracted much attention from many countries in the world,and further deepened the research on the application of silicone material in LED.As far as organic silicon packaging material is concerned,it is mainly a transparent material which is prepared by mixing composite silicone resin and organic silicone oil and catalytic curing under appropriate conditions.Of course,it is also based on the transparency and heat resistance of this material,so it can be used in the production of LED lamps.In this paper,we will also study the influence of light transmission of silicone packaging materials on the light output efficiency of LED in order to improve the preparation effect of LED lamp.
