摘要
己内酰胺生产中有大量高含氮有机废水产生,研究采用ENSBR-BDAR-BCOR技术进行分析,出水COD低于159mg/L,NH3-N去除量达到98%,系统可去除碳。对石油科研院开发的单釜连续淤浆床合成环己胴肟工业装置产生的工业废水进行了可行生化性研究,在pH值为3,停留时间30min后,废水中的过氧化物含量可减少90%以上,废水的B/C的比提高到0.4以上。
There is a large amount of organic wastewater with high nitrogen concentration in caprolactam production.The ENSBRBDAR-BCOR technology is used for analysis.The COD of effluent is less than 159mg/L,and the removal of NH3-N is 98%.The system can remove carbon.The bio-chemical research on the industrial wastewater produced by the cyclohexane industrial plant developed by the Petroleum Research Institute has been carried out.At a pH of 3,the peroxide content in the wastewater can be reduced by 90%after a residence time of 30 minutes.As described above,the ratio of B/C of wastewater is increased to 0.4 or more.
