摘要
目前,太阳能技术和电子技术不断发展,多晶硅作为重要的应用原料,其生产和制作水平也不断提升。在多晶硅制作的过程中,精馏、还原和尾气回收装置会消耗较多的能量,约占整体蒸汽耗量的95%。主要就多晶硅化工生产中的节能综合利用进行了阐述和分析。
At present,solar energy technology and electronic technology are developing continuously,and polycrystalline silicon as an important application raw material,its production and production level is also constantly improving.In the process of making polycrystalline silicon,distillation,reduction and tail gas recovery devices consume more energy,about 95%of the total steam consumption.In this paper,the comprehensive utilization of energy-saving in polycrystalline silicon chemical production is described and analyzed.
