摘要 针对高压膏盐层定向井钻井过程中的各种问题,结合国内外目前高压膏盐层定向井钻井的现状,首先对钻井的难度进行分析,然后从钻井轨迹优化和钻井液优化两个角度出发,提出针对高压膏盐层定向井钻井作业的关键技术,为推动该领域的进一步发展奠定基础。研究表明:在高压膏盐层进行定向井钻井作业的过程中,非常容易出现卡钻问题,同时,下套管以后钻井作业也面临较大的挑战,针对这些问题,需要对钻井轨迹进行一定的优化,并采用高密度饱和盐水类型的钻井液配合钻井施工,钻井作业即可顺利完成。 In view of the various problems in the drilling process of high pressure paste salt layer directional wells,combined with the current status of directional well drilling of high pressure paste salt layer at home and abroad,the difficulty of drilling is first analyzed,then the drilling trajectory optimization and drilling fluid optimization are two.From the perspective of the point,the key technology for drilling wells in high-pressure paste salt layer directional wells is proposed,which lays a foundation for further development in this field.The research shows that in the process of directional well drilling in the high pressure paste salt layer,the problem of stuck drill is very easy to occur.At the same time,the drilling operation after the casing is also facing a big challenge.For these problems,the oilfield unit needs to carry out the drilling trajectory.A certain optimization,and the use of high-density saturated brine type drilling fluid in conjunction with drilling construction,the drilling operation can be completed smoothly.
