Design and Application of Cementing Slurry for Shale Gas Horizontal Wells in Southern Sichuan

蜀南区块长裸眼段页岩气水平井固井存在较多难点,为提高固井质量,开展了水基钻井液下水泥浆实验研究,通过优选降失水剂和高温缓凝剂,确定了前置液和水泥浆配方,现场应用取得了较好的效果。

There are many cementing difficulties of shale gas horizontal wells in long open hole section.In order to improve cementing quality,an experimental study on cement slurry under water-based drilling fluid was carried out.By optimizing water loss reducer and high temperature retarder,the formulas of pre-fluids and cement slurry were determined,and good results were achieved in field application.
