摘要 吊车在输电线路保护区范围内施工作业过程中,因吊车驾驶员不能精确掌握吊臂离地高度,易将吊臂抬升过高,导致吊臂与导线安全距离不足,从而引发线路放电跳闸,危及施工人员人身安全,甚至伤及附近社会人员,影响输电线路安全运行。利用雷达测距技术和无线传输技术,设计一套带自动告警功能的吊臂限高装置,使吊车驾驶员能在驾驶室内实时掌握吊臂离地距离情况,大大降低吊车作业时对附近高压输电线路安全稳定运行的威胁,提高线路运维管理水平。 During the construction of the crane within the transmission line protection zone,drivers can't accurately because of the crane arm height from the ground,easy to boom up too high,leading to insufficient safe distance between the boom and the wire,which causes the line discharge trip,endangering the personal safety of the construction personnel,and even injuring the nearby social personnel,affecting the safe operation of the transmission line.By using radar ranging technology and wireless transmission technology,We design a set of hoisting height limit device with automatic alarm function,make the crane driver can real time control of the boom in the indoor driving distance from the ground,greatly reduced when hoisting operation of high voltage transmission line near the threat of the safe and stable operation,improve operational management level.
