摘要
根据固体充填工艺及其控制要求,对固体充填液压支架进行PLC自动控制系统设计,主要包括硬件设计和联动顺序软件设计,分析了固体充填液压支架控制系统与传统液压支架控制系统的区别,实现了固体充填液压支架的自动控制,提高了控制的精度与控制的稳定性能,在减少操作人员和操作程序的同时,保证充填达到预定效果。
According to the requirements of solid filling process and its control,the design of PLC automatic control system for solid filling hydraulic support is carried out,which mainly includes hardware design and linkage sequence software design.The difference between solid filling hydraulic support control system and traditional hydraulic support control system is analyzed,and the automatic control of solid filling hydraulic support is realized.The system improves the control accuracy and stability,reduces the number of operators and operation procedures,and ensures that the filling achieves the desired effect.
