摘要
针对自动化立体仓储系统中堆垛机的路径优化问题,在分析AS/RS对货物的分配原则的基础上,论述了堆垛机的3种作业模式,得出了基于AGA的优化算法——正弦式自适应遗传算法。最后通过建立数学模型对算法进行分析,并结合MATLAB进行仿真验证。系统运行结果表明,该算法能有效地降低由AGA引起的交叉概率p c和变异概率p m所带来的影响,进而避免种群进化停滞和陷于局部最优等现象,提高堆垛机作业的效率。
Aiming at the path optimization problem of stacker in automatic three-dimensional storage system,based on the analysis of the principle of AS/RS distribution of goods,three operation modes of stacker were discussed,and the optimization algorithm based on AGA was obtained:Adaptive genetic algorithm.Finally,the algorithm was analyzed by establishing a mathematical model,and the simulation was verified by MATLAB.The system operation results show that the algorithm can effectively reduce the impact of cross-probability p c and mutation probability p m caused by AGA,and avoid the phenomenon of population evolution stagnation and local optimization,and improve the efficiency of stacker operation.
