二维非对称复式磁振子晶体带隙结构

摘要 提出一种非对称结构复式磁振子晶体模型,采用两种尺寸不同的柱状铁圆柱排列在氧化铕基底中.通过对第二个铁圆柱体(B)位于基底位置的调节,打破其在以往研究中对称排列结构,使其非对称填充在基底材料中.因这种不对称构型在第一布里渊区不可约,有必要在全部第一布里渊区内对带隙结构进行计算,研究非对称结构对磁振子晶体带隙结构的影响.同时,与未填充这个铁圆柱(B)时单圆柱方晶格的带隙结构进行比较.结果表明,在非对称度越高的位置填充铁圆柱体(B)将会有越多的带隙被打开,进而达到带隙优化的目的. In this paper,we proposed a magnonic crystal of complex lattices with asymmetric structure,which was constructed by using two different sizes of Fe cylinders arranged in EuO substrate.The symmetry of the arrangement used in previous studies was broken by carefully adjusting the position of the second Fe cylinder(B)at the substrate,but it was symmetrically arranged in the substrate material.Because this asymmetric structure breaks the symmetry of its arrangement and forces its first Brillouin zone region to be irreducible,it is necessary to calculate the band structure throughout the first Brillouin zone region to study the effect of the asymmetric structure on the band gap structure of the magnonic crystal.Compared with the band gap structure of the single cylindrical square lattice unfilled this Fe cylinder(B),we demonstrated that the higher the asymmetry was,the more the band gap would be opened by filling the Fe cylinder(B)and achieved the purpose of band gap optimization.
