摘要
皮带卷扬式吊具是汽车工业等行业广泛应用的一种悬挂运行式生产设备。无论从安全,还是从设备可利用率等角度,其强度设计都至关重要。针对某种皮带卷扬式吊具上横梁出现裂纹的问题,首先通过受力分析及强度计算,说明了出现裂纹的原因,然后基于易操作性、工期及成本等考虑,给出了一种上横梁加固而非更换的维修方案,并对加固方案进行了校核计算。经生产实践检验,加固后吊具的功能、性能没有任何问题。文中采用的分析和解决问题的方法对处理类似工程问题具有一定的参考意义。
Belt hoisting hanger is a suspension-running equipment widely used in automobile and other industries.Its strength design is critical both in terms of safety and availability.Aiming at the problem of cracks on upper beam of one kind of belt hoisting hanger,causes of the cracks are explained through force analysis and strength calculation firstly,then one reinforcing method is given and checked based on the consideration of easy operation,construction period and cost.Production practice has indicated that no problem in the function and performance of the hanger after reinforcement.The analyzing and solving method of the problem has certain reference value for solving similar engineering problems.
