精准治理视域下农家书屋可持续发展路径探析

Analysis on the Sustainable Development Path of Rural Library from the Perspective of Accurate Governance

作为国家级重大公共文化服务工程之一,农家书屋对于满足农村文化需求、建设文明乡村、实现乡村振兴具有重要作用。自2007年伊始,农家书屋发展建设至今已有十余年历程,由最初的快速发展、引人瞩目演变为发展动力不足,无人问津。粗放式的农家书屋无法适应社会高速的经济发展与精神文明建设所需要的农村公共文化服务体系。基于服务对象、服务管理、服务内容以及服务设备四个维度提出建立农家书屋可持续发展的模式构想,并以社会精准治理为理论指导,阐述了建构农家书屋可持续发展模式的对策建议。

As one of the major national public cultural service projects,rural library plays an important role in meeting rural cultural needs,building civilized countryside and realizing rural revitalization.Since the beginning of 2007,the development and construction of rural library has been in existance for more than 10 years,from the initial rapid development,eye-catching evolution to a status of lack of development momentum and being left without anybody to care for it.The extensive rural library cannot adapt to the rural public cultural service system required by the rapid economic development and the construction of spiritual civilization.Based on the four dimensions of service object,service management,service content and service equipment,ideas of establishing the sustainable development model of rural bookhouses are put forward,and countermeasures and suggestions of constructing sustainable development model of rural bookhouses under the theoretical guidance of accurate governance are expounded.
