职业院校面向中小学生职业启蒙教育课程资源开发的研究——以常州卫生高等职业技术学校为例

A Study on the Development of Curriculum Resources for Vocational Enlightenment Education for Primary and Secondary School Students in Vocational Colleges and Universities: A Case Study

职业启蒙课程的开发与设计是职业院校面向中小学生开展职业启蒙教育的基础。本研究基于“大卫生、大健康”理念,根据职业启蒙教育的内涵要求,对接中小学学科课程和医药卫生类职业工作过程,按照专业群主干课程相近的原则系统开发了符合中小学生心理及发展需要,适合中小学生各学段实际的医药卫生类职业体验项目,寻求了医药卫生类职业启蒙课程应用于中小学课堂的本土化教学方式,从而在职业院校开展中小学生职业启蒙教育过程中对职业体验项目的开发和实施进行初步探索。

The development and design of vocational enlightenment curriculum is the basis for vocational colleges to carry out vocational enlightenment education for primary and secondary school students.Based on the concept of"Great Hygiene and Great Health",this paper connects the subject curriculum of primary and secondary schools with the medical and health professional work process according to the connotation requirements of vocational enlightenment education.This research also develops professional experiential projects which meet the psychological and development needs of primary and secondary school students and are suitable for the actual pharmaceutical and health vocational experiences in each school segment according to the principle of similar professional group backbone courses.The projects seek to apply the medical and health vocational enlightenment curriculum in primary and secondary school classroom localized teaching methods,in order to carry out a preliminary exploration on the development and implementation of vocational experiential projects in vocational colleges in the process of implementing vocational enlightenment education for primary and secondary school students.
