Application of artificial intelligence in health care: status quo and prospect

人工智能在医疗领域具有广阔的发展前景。文章介绍了医疗信息化发展历程,从全流程辅助诊疗、临床决策支持、健康管理和生物医药产业升级4个方面展示了人工智能在医疗领域的广泛应用,认为人工智能促进和深化医疗变革,但在发展中也面临着一些障碍。针对发展智能化医疗配套能力,提出了严格规范行业监督管理、加强数据管理、重视培育复合型人才、健全法律法规和伦理规范等建议。

Artificial intelligence(AI)has broad application prospects in health care.This article introduces the development of medical informatization and the application of AI in four aspects:full-process auxiliary diagnosis and treatment,clinical decision support,health management,and upgrade of biomedical industry.AI promotes medical reform and transformation,but is confronted with some challenges.Aiming at the development of intellectualized medical supporting capacity,efforts should be made in standardizing supervision and administration,strengthening data management,enhancing training of interdisciplinary talents,and optimizing laws,regulations,and ethical standards.
