Intelligent financial information system in public hospitals

通过梳理公立医院智慧财务发展过程及现状,探究智慧财务的定义,并对传统财务管理弊端进行总结,提出医院智慧财务信息化管理平台的应用框架从主至次可分为4层,即财务核心应用层、财务扩展应用层、医院内应用系统层、财务共享数据层。认为智慧财务解决问题的着眼点一定要跟业务融合。

This article reviews the past and present status of intelligent financial information system(FIS)in public hospitals,determines the definition of intelligent finance,and points out the shortcomings of traditional financial management.It is proposed that the application framework of FIS in public hospitals can be divided into four levels based on primary-secondary relationship:the core finance application,the extended finance application,in-hospital application,and application of shared finance data.It is believed that the focus of intelligent finance must be integrated with the business of the hospital.
