摘要
为了激发医院团支部的内在活力、改善其重复低效运行问题,在分析医院团支部存在问题及原因的基础上,结合以往成功的实践与理论研究成果和经验,改革创新医院基层团支部的设置,优化运行机制和管理模式,在组织架构上将医院各团支部转型为青年发展部、青号训练部、文化建设部、思想研究部及效能办。转型后的团支部,其职能明确,力量集中,团的工作在支部层面便能与医院建设发展和青年成长成才这一中心工作有机结合。实践证明,职能型团支部能有效提升支部工作影响力和青年团员的凝聚力,为医院建设发展储备实干型青年人才。
To inspire the intrinsic vitality of the Communist Youth League(CYL)branches in hospitals and to improve their working efficiency,based on the previous practice and literature review,this article analyzes the existing problems in the work of CYL branches and their causes,and proposes measures to promote the reform and innovation of hospital CYL branches construction and optimize the operational mechanism and management mode.In terms of organizational structure,the CYL branches in the hospital are transformed into the Youth Development Department,the Youth Training Department,the Cultural Construction Department,the Thoughts Research Department,and the Performance Office.After the transformation,the functions of CYL branches were clearly defined.The work of the CYL was integrated with hospital development and talent training.Practice has proved that the function-based CYL branches can effectively enhance the influence of the branches and the team cohesion among their members.In particular,the organization and management capabilities of the CYL cadres are enhanced,which also nourish young talents for the future development of hospitals.
