利用动机自我决定理论引导教师专业发展的实践探索

摘要 动机的自我决定理论认为,外部动机可以向内部动机转化,这种内化以能力、自主、归属三种需要的满足为条件,同时受到人际氛围和目标等外在社会环境因素的影响。北京市海淀区研究项目在设计主题、活动内容和形式的时候,注重种子教师三种需要的满足,使其从关注“控制”“任务”“利益”等外部目标转为“关注成长”“能力的锻炼”“兴趣”等内部目标,促进种子教师自身专业发展意识的觉醒,实现专业自主发展。
