航空货运视角的机场综合交通规划体系研究——以湖北国际物流核心枢纽为例

Airport integrated transport planning system based on air cargo angle——A case of Hubei international logistics hub

湖北国际物流核心枢纽规划打造为全球第四个、亚洲第一个国际货运枢纽,是全国重要生产力布局,对推动我国航空物流业高质量发展具有重大战略意义。基于航空货运视角,结合城市土地使用形态和“港、产、城”一体化发展理论,在机场综合交通需求预测分析的基础上,从空港、航空城、城市群及区域四个层次对货运机场综合交通规划进行研究,以便更好地发挥枢纽的综合交通功能。

The planning of Hubei international logistics hub will not only create the fourth international freight hub in the world as well as the first in Asia,but also be an important productivity distribution in China,which is of great strategic significance to promote the high-quality development of China’s aviation logistics.Combined with land use pattern and integrated development theory of“airport-industry-city”,the airport integrated transport planning is studied from the perspective of air cargo.On the basis of prediction analysis on integrated traffic demand of airport,this paper mainly has a thorough study on airport integrated transport planning from four levels:air harbor,aviation city,urban agglomeration and region.The purpose is to provide scientific and reasonable guidance for the planning compilation of integrated traffic planning of Hubei international logistics core hub,so that it can better play the integrated traffic function of hubs.
