随着农民工群体美好生活需求的日益多样化,其市民化过程中面临着诸多社会维度的问题:社会福利分享不均、社会歧视广泛存在、身份认同困惑等。为了全面实现农民工城市社会融入,应该增强其市民化意愿、优化城市就业环境、深化一元化户籍制度改革、重视市民化社会风险治理。

With the increasing diversification of the needs of migrant workers for a better life,they are confronted with many social problems in the process of citizenization:uneven sharing of social welfare,serious social exclusion,confusion of identity,etc.In order to fully realize the integration of rural migrant workers into urban society,it is necessary to strengthen their willingness to become citizens,optimize the urban living environment,promote the unified household registration system,and attach importance to the risk management of urban society.
