摘要
基于行为经济学视角,运用羊群效应理论、前景理论和心理账户理论分析影响农户土地流转意愿的因素,提出通过精准化流转、保障性流转和助推式流转加快土地流转有序健康运行。
Based on the perspective of behavioral economics,this paper explores the influencing factors of farmers'willingness to transfer land by using behavioral economics theories such as herd effect,prospect theory and psychological account,and then put forward relevant suggestions.The conclusion shows that land transfer can be guaranteed and accelerated by relying on precise transfer,supportive transfer and booster transfer.
