摘要
通过问卷调查和数据记录分析以宿舍为单元的大学生日常事务班委管理模式对班级日常管理效率的影响。结果表明,建立以宿舍为单元的班委管理模式可有效提高班级日常管理效率,提升同学对班级管理的满意度,提高班级团结度与凝聚力。
Through questionnaire survey and data recording,the influence of class committee management mode with dormitory as unit on class daily management efficiency is analyzed.The results show that the establishment of class committee management model with dormitory as unit can effectively improve class daily management efficiency,improve students'satisfaction with class management as well as the class unity and class cohesion.
