摘要
上个世纪90年代末,我国开始对国际学生趋同化管理进行研究。截止目前除个别本科院校破除趋同化的体制机制障碍之外,国内高校普遍还处在趋同化管理的初级阶段。本文在对趋同化管理重新认识的基础上,结合实践,旨在摸索出一套适合于高职院校的趋同化管理模式,特别是在思想教育和寒暑假管理领域。
Late 1990s,research on convergence education management between Chinese students and international students was started in Chinese education field.Up to now,however,only a few undergraduate colleges or universities has broken the institutional barrier of international students convergence education management(ISCEM).ISCEM is still in primary stage all over China’s colleges and universities.Based on re-understanding of ISCEM and exploration and practice of Sichuan Vocational College of Information Technology,ideological convergence and convergence management in summer/winter vacation is achieved,which provide reference for higher vocational college.
