基于Web of Science数据库的不孕症患者病耻感文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis about stigma of infertility based on Web of Science database

目的明确不孕症患者病耻感研究现状,探讨研究热点和发展趋势,为今后的研究提供参考依据。方法运用CiteSpaceV文献计量分析软件对Web of Science数据库收录的2008年~2018年不孕症患者病耻感的相关文献进行分析。结果共纳入1671篇论文,年度发文数量呈逐年上升趋势,美国居于首位,中国居第8位;期刊“Pios One”发文量最多(3.1%);研究输出形式主要是论文(79.3%);主要研究机构是大学;高频关键词为uinfertility"和“stigma”;研究前沿延伸到针对不孕症患者病耻感的家庭护理、心理护理和健康教育等方面。结论“不孕症患者病耻感”已得到较为广泛的关注,但国内关于该领域的研究有待进一步发展和完善。

Objective To determine the status about stigma of patients with infertility,and to explore the hotspots and development trend,so as to provide a reference for future research.Methods Based on the Web of Science database,CiteSpaceV bibliometric analysis software was used to analyze the literature about stigma of patients with infertility.Results A total of 1671 papers were included.The output of literature showed an increasing trend year by year.The United States ranked first,and China ranked eighth.The“Pios One”had the largest amount of articles(3.1%).The main research output was form articles(79.3%),and the main research institutions were universities.The high fre-quency keywords were “infertility” and“stigma”.The research frontier extended to family nursing,psychological nursing and health education about stigma of patients with infertility.Conclusion The stigma of patients with infertility has been widely concerned by scholars,and the do-mestic research in this field needs to be further developed and improved.
