细节性护理配合动脉瘤夹闭术对颅内肿瘤患者的影响

目的探讨细节护理配合动脉瘤夹闭术对颅内肿瘤患者的影响。方法选取于2016年1月~2018年3月由同一主刀医生行单个动脉瘤夹闭术的患者40例,其中20例纳入干预组,20例纳入对照组,干预后对2组患者的术前准备时间、手术时间和皮肤问题发生率进行比较。结果2组患者在一般资料上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组患者术前准备时间(66.00±14.65)min低于对照组患者术前准备时间(84.00±26.98)min,P<0.05;干预组患者实际手术时间(212.50±51.05)min低于对照组患者的手术时间(270.50±45.85)min,P<0.05;干预组患者与对照组患者间皮肤问题发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节性护理配合动脉瘤夹闭术能缩短患者术前准备时间和实际手术时间,预防压疮的发生,有利于患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing combined with aneurysm clipping on patients with intracranial tumors.Methods 40 patients who underwent single aneurysm clipping by the same surgeon from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected,20 of them were included in the intervention group and 20 in the control group.After the intervention,the preoperative preparation time,operation time and the incidence of skin problems were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05).The preoperative preparation time of intervention group(66.00±14.65)min was lower than that of control group(84.00±26.98)min,P<0,05);the actual operation time of intervention group(212.50±51.05)min was lower than that of control group(270.50±45.85)min,P<0.05;the incidence rate of skin problems between intervention group and control group were lower than that of control group(270.50±45.85)min,P<0.05.Conclusion Detailed nursing combined with aneurysm clipping can shorten the preoperative preparation time and actual operation time,prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcer,and promote patients recover.
