我国助产士门诊实践模式的研究进展

Research progress on the practice mode of midwifery clinic in China

综述我国助产士门诊现有的实践模式与内容,评价其服务效果,提出我国助产士门诊发展的不足与展望。指出具备出诊资格的助产士较少,限制了助产士门诊的全面展开。助产士门诊自身建设也存在缺乏可参考的实践模式和内容、组织管理架构不明确、评价标准及考核机制不健全等各种问题。未来应构建统一的实践模式与内容、管理架构、评价指标和考核机制等,形成规范化、系统化的助产士门诊项目。

This article reviewed the existing practice models and contents of midwifery clinics in China,evaluates their service effects,and proposed the shortcomings and prospects of the development of midwifery clinics in China.It was pointed out that there are fewer qualified midwives,which limits the comprehensive development of midwifery clinics.There were also a variety of problems in the midwifery clinics construction,such as the lack of reference to the practice model and content,the unclear organizational management structure,the unsound evaluation criteria and assessment mechanism.In the future,a unified practice model and content,management structure,evaluation indicators and assessment mechanisms should be constructed to form a standardized and systematic midwife clinic program.
