1例扩张型心肌病患者体外膜肺氧合支持下行院外转运的护理体会

摘要 体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membraneoxygenation)又称ECMO,是指将患者的静脉血引流至体外,经人工肺氧合后再输入患者动脉或静脉系统中,为患者提供呼吸/循环支持的同时可使患者心肺得到充分休息,为心肺功能的恢复赢得时间[1-3]。扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy)是一种以左心室扩大伴收缩功能障碍为典型特征的心肌病[4,5]。
