社区教育对留守儿童犯罪的防治探析——基于郴州市的调查

Analysis on the Prevention and Treatment of Left-behind Children’s Crimes through Community Education: Based on a Survey in Chenzhou

如何预防留守儿童犯罪问题已引发全社会的普遍关注,除学校教育、家庭教育外,社区教育逐渐成为留守儿童关爱工作的新重点。通过对郴州地区社区教育和留守儿童关爱工作的调查和分析,我们发现可以从完善社区留守儿童教育工作机制、科学规划留守儿童社区教育活动和建设儿童环境友好型城乡社区等方面着手,构建社区教育体系下的留守儿童犯罪预防机制。以社区教育搭建活动平台、培养学习共同体、构建有向心力的社区文化,加强留守儿童的社会联结,从而达到预防留守儿童犯罪的目的。

How to prevent the crime of left-behind children has aroused the general concern of the whole society.In addition to school education and family education,community education has gradually become a new focus of the care of left-behind children.Through the investigation and analysis of Chenzhou area community education and left-behind children care work,we can find that from the perfection of the work mechanism of community education of left-behind children as community education activities,scientific planning and construction of children's environmental friendly aspects:urban and rural community,building the left-behind children crime prevention mechanism of community education system.Community education is used to build activity platforms,cultivate learning communities and build centripetal community culture,so as to strengthen the social connection of left-behind children,in order to prevent left-behind children from committing crimes.
