升压斩波电路系统建模及控制器参数优化新方法 被引量:2

摘要 在实际工业系统设计中,如何利用现代化工具快速实现系统的控制成为当下热点及难点。针对升压斩波电路系统,给出了一种适用于快速整定的建模方法,得到升压斩波电路系统模型;在模型基础上设计出了相应的控制器,利用图形化的优化方法得到较好的控制器参数,满足系统性能要求;通过多组数据的优化对比,方法在实际系统中得到验证;提出了基于能量守恒理论的双闭环控制调试新方法。这种实现了仿真、控制的一体化设计,是升压斩波电路控制系统的快速设计方法,对于工业实践具有实用意义。 In the design of actual industrial system,how to use modern tools to achieve system control quickly has become current hot spots and difficulties.Aiming at the boost chopper circuit system,this paper presented a modeling method which is suitable for fast setting,and got the boost chopper circuit system model.The corresponding controller was designed on the basis of this model and the better controller parameters were obtained by the graphical optimization method to meet the system requirements.In the comparison and optimization of multiple sets of data,the method was validated in practical system.A new double closed-loop control debugging method based on energy conservation theory was also proposed.The integrated design of simulation and control was realized and the fast design method of boost chopper circuit control system was also realized in this paper.It has practical significance for engineering practice.
