小剂量尿激酶联合尤瑞克林对进展性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨尤瑞克林联合小剂量尿激酶治疗对进展性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法以深圳市人民医院收治的102例进展性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。2组患者入院后按照常规行抗血小板、降脂、脑保护、对症等治疗,对照组在此基础上给予小剂量尿激酶治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予尤瑞克林静滴,对2组神经功能缺损评分进行分析。结果治疗后7 d、14 d,2组NIHSS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显好于对照组;治疗组总有效率高于对照(P<0.05)。结论小剂量尿激酶联合尤瑞克林能促进进展性脑梗死患者神经功能的恢复。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Urinary Kallidinogenase combined with low dose urokinase in patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction.Methods 102 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table.The two groups of patients were treated with anti platelet,lipid lowering,and cranial nerve protection according to routine treatment.The control group was given a small dose of urokinase.The treatment group was given an intravenous infusion of Urinary Kallidinogenase on the basis of the control group.The two groups of NIHSS,clinical efficacy and laboratory test indicators were analyzed.Results The NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly different at 7d,and 14d after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose urokinase combined with Urinary Kallidinogenase is effective in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction and can effectively alleviate neurological impairment.
