视频脑电图监测对小儿心肺复苏术后昏迷预后的评估价值

The value of video EEG monitoring in evaluating the prognosis of coma after pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation

目的分析心肺复苏术后昏迷患者的视频脑电图(VEEG)表现。方法选取郑州大学附属郑州儿童医院收治的21例心肺复苏术后昏迷患儿的视频脑电图结果为研究对象,脑电图检查结果采用YOUNG分级标准进行分级。结果21例VEEG结果显示,检查脑电图时有反应性的患儿12例中好转8例(66.67%),死亡4例(33.33%)。检查脑电图时患儿无反应性9例,全部死亡(100%)。结论检查时患儿有无反应性与预后的关系呈正相关,有反应性的患儿预后较好,无反应性的患儿预后差。脑电图的分级程度与预后呈负相关,分级越高,异常程度就越高,患儿预后就越差。对心肺复苏术后昏迷的患儿进行视频脑电图检查,对患者的预后评估有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the video electroencephalogram(VEEG)performance of patients with coma after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods The VEEG results of 21 children with coma after cardiopulmonary resuscitation were selected as the research subjects and graded by Young grading standard.Results The results of 21 patients with VEEG showed that among the 12 patients who were responsive to EEG:8 patients(66.67%)improved and 4 patients(33.33%)died,9 cases showed non-reactivity,and all children died(100%).Conclusions There was a positive correlation between the patient's reactivity and prognosis at the time of examination.Reactive children have a better prognosis,while no response shows poor.The degree of grading of EEG is negatively correlated with the prognosis.The higher the grade was associated with the higher the degree of abnormality and the worse the prognosis.Video EEG examination of children with coma after cardiopulmonary resuscitation is important for the evaluation of prognosis.
