金纳多联合复方丹参治疗神经性耳鸣患者的疗效分析

Efficacy of Ginaton combined with compound Danshen on patients with nervous tinnitus

目的分析神经性耳鸣采用复方丹参与金纳多结合治疗的效果。方法选取焦作市五官医院收治的神经性耳鸣病患110例,随机分为研究组与对照组各55例。对照组给予复方丹参治疗,研究组在此基础上加用金纳多治疗,比较2组治疗效果、症状体征评分、耳鸣程度评分与不良反应。结果(1)研究组有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05);(2)研究组治疗后的耳鸣严重程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)研究组治疗后的各项症状体征评分相较于对照组低(P<0.05);(4)研究组不良反应率为3.64%,与对照组的1.82%无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论神经性耳鸣经复方丹参联合金纳多治疗,能更有效改善患者症状体征,缓解耳鸣病症。

Objective To analyze the treatment effects of Ginaton combined with compound Danshen on patients with nervous tinnitus.Methods 110 cases of patients with nervous tinnitus admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given compound Danshen,and the study group was treated with Ginaton on this basis.The treatment effects,symptoms and signs scores,tinnitus severity score and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(4.55%vs 81.82%)(P<0.05).The severity of tinnitus in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The symptoms and signs scores in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions rate between the study group and the control group(3.64%vs 1.82%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen combined with Ginaton for nervous tinnitus can effectively improve symptoms and signs,and relieve tinnitus symptoms,therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
