干预性护理对三叉神经痛患者的效果观察

Effect of interventional nursing on patients with trigeminal neuralgia

目的分析干预性护理对三叉神经痛患者的效果。方法选取三叉神经痛患者74例,按随机抽签方式分为干预组(n=37)与对照组(n=37),对比2组护理效果、护理前后疼痛程度变化、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果干预组护理总有效率97.30%,护理后的VAS疼痛评分(2.18±0.75)分,护理满意度94.59%,并发症发生率2.70%;对照组护理总有效率72.97%,护理后的VAS疼痛评分(5.01±1.33)分,护理满意度70.27%,并发症发生率24.32%;2组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论干预性护理可有效缓解三叉神经痛患者疼痛感,提升患者护理满意度,减少并发症。

Objective To analyze the effect of interventional nursing on patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Seventy-four patients with trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into intervention group(n=37)and control group(n=37).The nursing effect,pain change before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared.Incidence.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the intervention group was 97.30%,the VAS pain score after nursing(2.18±0.75),the nursing satisfaction was 94.59%,the complication rate was 2.70%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.97%.Pain score(5.01±1.33),nursing satisfaction was 70.27%,and complication rate was 24.32%;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Interventional nursing can effectively relieve the pain of patients with trigeminal neuralgia,improve patient care satisfaction,and reduce their complications.
