人文关怀心理干预模式对神经外科住院患者的影响

Effect of human care psychological intervention model on inpatients in neurosurgery

目的评估人文关怀心理干预模式对神经外科住院患者的影响。方法126例神经外科住院患者按照随机分为2组,每组63例,常规对照组给予神经外科常规护理及常规心理干预,人文关怀心理干预组在常规护理基础上增加人文关怀心理干预措施,记录干预前后2组患者的血压、心率控制情况,统计患者并发症发生率以及对护理的满意度。结果护理干预后,干预组与对照组相比血压、心率降低较显著(P<0.05),干预组并发症发病率及对护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预能显著提高神经外科重症患者的治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the impact of humanistic psychological intervention mode on inpatients with neurosurgery.Methods A total of 126 patients with neurosurgical inpatients were randomly divided into 2 groups,63 in eachgroup.The routine control group received routine neurosurgical nursing and routine psychological intervention.The humanistic psychological intervention group increased psychological intervention measures based on routine nursing.The blood pressure and heart rate control of the two groups before and after the intervention,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of nursing were counted.Results After nursing intervention,the blood pressure and heart rate of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and satisfaction of nursing in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with severe neurosurgery.
