乡村振兴战略背景下大学生“村官”留乡创业契机的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Village Officials’ Opportunities for Returning to Home and Starting a Business under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

大学生“村官”是乡村振兴中的主体之一,在乡村振兴战略实施过程中将成为主力军。以面源数据为基础,运用SWOT分析法对大学生“村官”返乡创业的内在因素和外在因素进行系统分析,认为大学生“村官”留乡创业机遇与挑战并存,优势与劣势共在。并从扶持政策和高等院校定向培养2个方面,提出了推进大学生“村官”留乡创业的对策与建议。

Village officials are one of the main bodies in rural revitalization,and they will become the main force in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Based on non-point source data,the internal and external factors of village officials returning to home and starting a business were analyzed by SWOT analysis method.It was concluded that the opportunities and challenges are coexisting,as well as the advantages and disadvantages.The countermeasures and suggestions were given from the aspects of policy support and directional training of colleges and universities.
