摘要
航空结构件中最常见的损伤为疲劳裂纹,损伤维修需要考虑经济性、易操作性、维修后的力学性能等因素。本文针对不同裂纹长度的中心裂纹板,分别采用传统的止裂孔和先进的搅拌摩擦焊技术进行修理,对修理后的裂纹扩展寿命进行了对比分析。结果表明,两种修理方法均延长了中心裂纹板的使用寿命,搅拌摩擦焊延长效果更好,为后续工程应用提供技术参考。
The most common damage in aviation structural parts is fatigue crack.The damage maintenance needs to consider factors such as economy,easy-operation,and mechanical properties.In this paper,the central crack plate with different crack lengths is studied.The crack extension life was compared and analyzed by using the traditional stop-hole and advanced friction stir welding.The results show that the two repair methods extend the service life of the central crack plate,and the friction stir welding extends the effect better.
